APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVES |

| For some time I have been mindful of the weight that the duties of the special representative for each of our nine areas in the province places on their shoulders and the Executive joined with me in fulfilling the benefits in appointing a Deputy to assist each of them. | |
| This will be especially beneficial at times of holidays, clash of dates or the unfortunate situation of sickness and has now been notified to all Lodge secretaries as a new official Provincial appointment. | |
